FREE FedEx ground shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

However, for orders being shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States, shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.

We do offer expedited shipping services via FedEx. If you choose to have the shipping expedited, you will be responsible for all associated costs.

Returns

Rug samples (or swatches) are small pieces of a rug or carpet that are representative of a larger whole. We offer these so you can get to hold the sample in your hands and feel the carpet texture, as well as see the color in person so you can better match your rug to your decor.

The samples are typically cut directly from an existing rug or carpet, but occasionally they’re produced separately, using the same manufacturing process and materials. This is usually done when a large rug features a pattern or design that must be shrunken down to fit on the sample.
