Most orders typically leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Same day shipping Monday - Friday is provided if you order before 2 pm EST / 11 am PST.

All orders ship from our warehouse located in Chandler, Arizona so transit times may differ based on your location.

FREE ground shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

However, for orders being shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States, shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.

We do offer expedited shipping services via UPS. If you choose to have the shipping expedited, you will be responsible for all associated costs.

Returns

We have a full 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the item back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original package in the same condition as they were shipped.

Rug samples (or swatches) are small pieces of a rug or carpet that are representative of a larger whole. We offer these so you can get to hold the sample in your hands and feel the carpet texture, as well as see the color in person so you can better match your rug to your decor.

The samples are typically cut directly from an existing rug or carpet, but occasionally they’re produced separately, using the same manufacturing process and materials. This is usually done when a large rug features a pattern or design that must be shrunken down to fit on the sample.
